July 3, 2021 – I have improved the article design, added specifications, and rechecked some information about the product.
I live in Northern California and was affected by the wild fires. In approximately late December 2018 or early January 2019 we received a gift of a VEVA 8000 Elite Pro Series Air Purifier True HEPA Filter & 4 premium filters in an unopened box. We read the manual and have done everything suggested. It was working fine and we have used it at least 20 times since we received it. However, on February 6, 2019 it stopped working/did not turn on. We tried everything we could think of to get it to turn on (checked the outlet, checked the filter and all attachments, re-read the manual, viewed online instructions and trouble shooting videos, etc.). Nothing worked and we now have a brand new air purifier that does not work. I notified the person who gave it to us, Cynthia Cross, and she gave me the order information. Please let us know what we can do. I don’t want to have to purchase a new one, but if one could be sent to us instead then we would at least have an air purifier. We also have a wood stove as our only source of heat in the home. The order info is Cynthia Cross ordered 11/16/2018 Order #***-*******-*******.
