The air is entering the filtration system from the back and is pushed through filters and released in front. Always use original Honeywell filters because that will guarantee the maximum performance of the air purifier. Pre-filter needs to be changed every three months to keep the activated charcoal fresh and at the highest capacity to absorb as many bad odors it can.

It is obvious that this air purifier is built for people who want to plug the device in and turn it on and that’s it. They are not looking for fancy options and features that will make things complicated to them. On other hand, people who need fancy options like timer which is a great option and you can use it to set the air purifier to work for the desired time period, and you can go out at the same time being sure that the air purifier will turn itself off. Silent mode is also important if you wish to run air purifier during the night when you sleep. Unfortunately, this air purifier does not have that. Maybe by placing it to level one speed, you can get some sleep, but if you need complete silence, you won’t be able to get a good night sleep.
