The Levoit Core 600S and EverestAir are two of the largest air purifiers from Levoit, and in today’s article, I will compare all their specifications and test results in depth.
First things first: the Levoit Core 600S has a CADR of 410 CFM (697 mÂł/h), while the Levoit EverestAir has a CADR of 360 CFM (612 mÂł/h).
Both use three-stage filtration technology, have plenty of smart features, and work with the VeSync smart app.
Both are well-optimized devices with outstanding results in our performance tests, but there is only one winner. Keep reading to find out which one it is!
Our Verdict
To be frank, this isn’t an easy comparison to make. But I have a winner, and that would be the Levoit EverestAir.
It’s sleeker, comes with many more features, uses a slightly better filter, and showed slightly better performance in our bad odor removal tests.
Besides, it’s better optimized for noise and has a washable pre-filter, which, together with the other features mentioned, makes it a better buying option.
The only obstacle, and maybe a dealbreaker for some people, would be the higher price you would need to pay for the EverestAir.

Performance Test – Comparison
Considering their CADR and room coverage, we tested these two devices’ airborne particle removal performance in a few different rooms.
But the most interesting one is the test we did in a 560 sq. ft. (52 m²) room, in which they both improved air quality by 96%.
Particle Removal Tests - Comparison
We placed the Levoit Core 600S and Levoit EverestAir in two separate tests and measured their performance using the Temtop laser particle meter.
This is an outstanding result and proof of the high-quality filtration technology and large CADR of these two devices.
Not only that, they both did pretty well in our everyday use and in our bad odor and smoke neutralization tests.
I would say that these two Levoits performed almost identically, but I would give a slight edge to the EverestAir, mostly because of the rectangular filter design and slightly better odor-removal performance.
Noise Level Test – Comparison
Both these Levoits come with five fan speeds and auto mode as an additional working mode.
We tested their noise levels at all the speeds and compared the outcomes.

At the lowest speed, the Levoit Core 600S produces a sound of 43.9 dBA, while the EverestAir is slightly better optimized, producing only 40.1 dBA.
Not only that, but the Levoit EverestAir is also better optimized for noise at maximum speed. It produces only 63.2 dBA, while the Core 600S produces 68.5 dBA.

As you can see on the chart provided, the Levoit Core 600S is louder at each fan speed than the EverestAir.
So, it’s easy to conclude that the EverestAir is better optimized for noise than the Core 600S.
Operating Costs – Comparison
Although the EverestAir and Core 600S are large air purifiers with large CADRs, they use well-optimized motors.
The Core 600S has a motor of only 49W, while the EverestAir has a 70W motor.

This means that if you were to use these two devices at their maximum speeds, 24 hours a day, for one month, your electric power bill would increase by about $5.34 in the case of the EverestAir and by about $4.22 in the case of the Levoit Core 600S.

However, besides the power use, there is also the cost of the replacement filter, which needs to be replaced approximately every 12 months in both cases, although the manufacturer said that in the case of the EverestAir, you would need to replace it every 12 to 15 months.
The price of the replacement filter is slightly higher in the case of the EverestAir.
After summing everything up, I would say that the Levoit Core 600S is better optimized and more affordable for annual maintenance than the EverestAir.
