Levoit and Medify are well-known brands in the air purifiers world, mainly focused on selling air purifiers. In this article, I will present a detailed analysis of the Levoit Core 200S and Medify MA-25 air purifiers. I will compare their performance, noise levels, operating costs, and other aspects.
Firstly I want to highlight that these are tiny air purifiers that cover small rooms. Levoit Core 200S covers rooms up to 183 sq. ft., while the Medify MA-25 covers rooms up to 210 sq. ft. In rooms of the recommended dimensions, these two devices will clean the air 4.8 times in one hour.
In addition to similar room coverage, the quality of workmanship is very similar for both devices. Both are of okay build quality, and they are made of plastic. However, the design, shape of the filter, as well as the number of filters are different in these models. Medify uses two identical filters placed on the sides, while Levoit uses one filter located on the bottom half of the device.

Which One Does It Better?
I have to say that the Medify MA-25 slightly outperformed the Levoit Core 200S in performance tests, but the Levoit fared much better in all other tests.
Even though Medify showed slightly better performance, I chose the Levoit Core 200S as a better choice to buy. Levoit boasts many more options, longer-lasting, cheaper filters, and is more affordable for maintenance. In addition, Levoit is much quieter in operation than the Medify MA-25.
